Here is the downloadable link to a Lead Alloy Calculator .xls file put together by a gentleman over on Cast Bullets. Much of the alloy BHN data was provided by RotoMetals but the file can be edited too best match the alloy or BHN you are using, but I find it pretty accurate on it's own just punching in the weights in the Yellow fields. You can open the .xls file in Open Office or Libra Office Calc. or Microsoft Excel.

That’s a handy calculator. I’ve used it for some time now. One will find some variation in reported BHN for some of the alloys, as well as that for pure lead. That said, this is still my “go-to” as you can create a custom alloy whose hardness is known, and get a good idea of what the addition of tin and antimony or other alloys will do to it. It also helps calculate the cost of your home grown alloys and bullets. It’s an important resource for bullet casters. Thanks for posting this one 😁

I forgot to mention that at the bottom of the calculator are various links to different resources. On my Libra Office program which is a free Office program an cross comparable with Microsoft Office is preinstalled on my Linux OS and is also available for Windows OS, I have to press ( Ctrl ) key then click the link to open it, it's a security thing with the software.
